Kitchen
Every Atholl home includes a stylish, German designed, fitted kitchen with a wide range of coordinated units, worktops, appliances and wall tiles. An integrated oven, hob and extractor hood, plus inset bowl and drainer are also included. The kitchen is pre-plumbed for a washing machine, dishwasher and provision has been made for fridge/freezer installation.
Bathroom
Both bathrooms and en-suites are fitted with sanitary ware from the exclusive Spanish manufacturer Roca. In the larger houses, a separate shower enclosure has been incorporated in the main bathroom.
Heating
Energy efficient, gas central heating provides heat to all rooms and the hot water supply. Radiators are thermostatically controlled. All windows are doubleglazed and all external doors are draught proofed.
Comfort and Security
Front and rear doors are provided by Swedor, a specialist manufacturer of quality, external doors. These include 3 point security, double throw bolts at the front and a 5-lever mortice lock on the rear door. Both ground and first floors are fitted with mains operated smoke alarms.
External
Front gardens are turfed and communal areas in the development are landscaped. Rear gardens are graded with boundary fencing erected. For ease of opening, sectional steel doors are fitted to the garages.
